The DPE MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) process refers to the annual performance evaluation framework administered by the Department of Public Enterprises under the Ministry of Finance for Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs). It establishes annual performance targets across financial, operational, and strategic parameters aligned with national priorities. Each CPSE negotiates and signs an MoU with its Administrative Ministry and DPE at the beginning of the financial year.
